I Have Recently Began Optifast And Have Found Very Little, If Not No Online Support That Is Useful.
Weight Loss Isn't Easy For Anyone, But Support And Encouragement Makes A Big Difference! I Hope We Slowly Build This Forum Into A Community Of Success Stories And Smiling Faces Behind Those Monitors!
We Do Not Judge On This Site, Everyone's Story Or Battle Is Different, And We Need All The Support We Can Get, Especially In A Tough Time Like This!(If Living On 3 Shakes Per Day Isn't Tough, I'm Not Sure What Is Lol!)
